Qualifications	Vic was awarded an honours degree in Psychology with basic Medical Sciences from UMDS Guys and St Thomas's. She has a postgraduate diploma in Psychology and went on to gain an MSc with distinction in Occupational Psychology. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist.
Experience	Vic's focus is on creating sustainable performance environments by building individual and organizational capability. She has extensive experience in competency design, assessment and selection, management and leadership development, performance/talent management, succession planning and coaching.
Has worked with	Many clients, as an external consultant with both public and private sector clients spanning retail, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and financial services industries. She has also worked as an internal consultant within a large blue chip financial services organization.
