Qualifications	Alison was awarded an honours degree in Psychology at Liverpool University, and went on to gain a PhD in work and organizational psychology. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and led the development of the Special Group in Coaching Psychology with Stephen Palmer.
Experience	Alison's focus is on enabling individuals and organizations to perform to their best. She has worked extensively in the areas of assessment, leadership development, organizational change, coaching, performance management and well-being.
